Wholesale Lending : Majorly catering to Real Estate Project finance

SME / Retail lending : Majorly catering to secured loans - Equipment finance and Loan Against property.

Role : Head - Litigation - Retail lending products.

Location : One Indiabulls, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Brief Job Description :

The responsibility will include managing legal Litigation for Retail lending products:

- Manage and advice on Pan India litigation matters

- Role holder will be leading the collections litigation team spread across key Retail branches to provide desired legal support to the local collection support for resolution of delinquent portfolios.

- Liaise with law firms, external counsel on preparation of court documents and hearings.

Important Requirement :

- The candidate must be from a Banking / NBFC / Lending background

- Age Max. 45years
