Head of Litigation

About the role :

- All litigations by and against the company and its NBFC Business.

- Recovery cases in NBFC lending- consumer finance and dealer finance.

- Recovery in regular business - vendors, ex- employees and third parties.

- Arbitrations, criminal litigations, police investigations, recovery matters and customer disputes;

- Labour law disputes, recoveries from employees;

- Police complaints

- Escalations from various branch offices due to actions by law enforcement agencies'

- Strong MIS and internal reporting
