Job Responsibilities:-

1. Litigation Strategies, Policies and Processes for Rural and Housing Business;

2. Litigation Support to Live, NPAs and Loss Recovery Accounts

3. Defending cases against Company

4. Loss Recovery in allocation pool

5. Review of Stressed Accounts and NPAs with Business Team, Head - Group Litigation and Group General Counsel

6. Leading Central Litigation Operations Team and Business Litigation Team

7. Empanelment and review of advocates, arbitrators and other service providers for litigation work;

This position is responsible for:-

(i) All litigations by Co. w.r.t. Rural Business (comprising of Farm, Two Wheeler, Micro Loans, Run Down and Loss Recovery) and Housing Business (comprising of Retail Home Loans and Loans against Properties) aimed at resolution of NPAs and recoveries;

(ii) All litigations against Company w.r.t. Rural Business and Housing Business

(iii) Preparing strategies for resolutions in Stress and NPA accounts from Rural Business and execution thereof;

(iv) Loss Recovery in pool allocated to Litigation Team

(v) Review of NPAs and Stress Accounts with Business

Lead Central Litigation Operations Team and Business Litigation Team
