Head - Liaison - Real Estate Conglomerate

- Handling Government agencies which include State Government (Home Department, Revenue Department & UD), Local self government, State Police, CFO, PWD, BMC, NMMC etc- Identifying the individuals & get the desired results as required by the Organisation.

- Being involved from Start to End of any project/assignment, which deals with Govt. Agencies for approvals.

- Establishing and maintaining Rapport building initiatives with Political anchors of the State who are useful to the business w.r.t achievement of business objectives.

- Governmental clearance for new Projects

- Coordinating with BMC Architect for necessary approvals from Building Proposal.

- Time to Time MIS & information to Board of Directors on Statutory Compliance of Each Property

- Coordinating with Various Consultant for permission such as MoEF, Civil Aviation, Tree NOC etc.

- Coordination with legal team for legal issues such as Agreements, Notices, Appeals Application under RTI Act 2005 etc.
