- To achieve the Revenue targets and Profitability for the Liability and Credit business.

- To formulate and drive implementation of Regional strategies for sales, channel & brand management of the Liability and Credit business. To direct and focus regional branches and FAT teams to focussed industries for specific product lines. To undertake joint client meetings with the Sales team regularly to understand client specific requirements, perform risk assessment of clients cover and advise on coverage needs, make technical coverage presentations to clients to effectively translate a prospect to a client To perform a thorough risk and gap analysis of existing policies for new potential liability proposals and propose recommended covers, negotiate with insurers to get the best terms for the same To liaise for submission of the Quote requests to the various Insurers and analyze the quotes received for the Insurance requirements including terms & conditions and pricing To formalize the placement of Client deals post competitive negotiations on client s behalf, ensure issue of Policy documents, confirm cover as per agreed specs and review the Policy summary To ensure dissemination of Liability product opportunities to the Regional sales teams & clients through reports, electronic modes, periodic branch visits and clients seminars

- To ensure High Retention and Renewal ratio of the Existing clientele via effective Business development and Engagement

- To expand the usage of Insurance portfolio reviews and Risk assessment for the Top clients and provide business ideas and Portfolio Rebalancing advice based on analytics, market trends and themes To facilitate regular customer meets, conferences, training etc to showcase new product opportunities to clients To facilitate and enhance the communications link between the Insurance companies, Liability team, Sales force through regular and one-off conference calls, training sessions, branch visits, etc To maintain regular connect with clients to ensure confidence and to enhance/improvise coverage terms to ensure client satisfaction and renewal retention

- To sell new and varied policies in Liability and Credit Insurance to enhance the product mix .To strategize promotion of the features of new Liability and Credit products to diversify the product base to suit various client needs To assign targets & ensure completion based on product mix to the Vertical teams and sales teams and ensure their regular trainings, business development initiatives, etc. to promote multi product focus To identify competitive trends prevalent in the market and share feedback with Clients, Sales teams and senior management for enhanced value addition.

- To liaise the Regional Claims management process for the Liability product claims and ensure Robust Compliance management

- To stay abreast of all Large claims lodged and liaise with Insurance company representatives/assessors and clients for their satisfactory settlement To work closely with the Operations teams for processing of Liability and Credit client claims and ensure effective TATs To ensure utmost adherence to the Compliance norms, client KYC norms, documentation language and Binder note accuracy To monitor and guide the preparation of quote specifications, documentary requirements and underwriting submissions To monitor and guide strict quality control checks on policy documents from insurers to correctly reflect coverage as per agreed terms, thereby minimizing errors and consequent liability

- To present periodic MIS dashboards to the Senior management team for the Regional performance

- To send periodic reports to Senior Management team for regional sales volumes, new clients, new business & changes/improvement in business plans.

- To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources

- To develop a dedicated team with specialized skill-sets mapped to customer segments and Product requirements and provide adequate development trainings to them
