We are looking to add lending head to our team

Key specifications for the role:

- On-boarding

Liability:

- Liaising with senior leadership of banks & NBFCs (MDs, SVPs etc.)

- Completing paper-work including legal structure

- Setting up amount limit with the liability partners

Asset:

- Understanding customer requirements for working capital

- Price negotiation

- Mapping the customers with the correct liability partners based on risk and pricing

- Execution - Running the end-to-end process:

- Getting information of payables / receivables

- Money-management and cashflow (disbursement and collection)

- Reconciliation

- Setting up NBFC

- We are in the process of setting up NBFC. The Lead will be the PoC with the Consultant for all the RBI-related queries and other formalities

What we look out for in an ideal candidate ?

Work experience:

- Fintech

- B2B supply chain financing

- BD - someone who would have sold to corporates and MSMEs

- Banking relations - also would have raised money from banks

Banking:

- Product - supply chain financing / trade finance

- BD - also would have run few supply chain finance programs

Necessary:

- At least 10+ years of work experience; ideal sweet spot is 15 years

- (S)he should have demonstrated problem solving capability

- High execution capability including hustle, utilization of network etc.

- Communication and executive presence

Preferable:

- High pedigree - college / past experience

- 0-1 journey
