Head - Lending Operations - Loans (15-20 yrs)
Role purpose:
The role caters to Institutional, Corporate, Commercial segments for Australia, Asia Pacific Europe and America. This role requires strong stakeholder management, operational planning & execution, team management and operational controls. Responsible for implementing transformational projects like Loan IQ, Finacle and ASW which require strong change management skills and understanding of Lending Operations Applications. Drive the service agenda on RPA and ML initiatives.

- Experience in Lending Ops, Loan IQ
- 15 + years of relevant experience
- Strong problem solving, analytical & decision making ability - able to make sound decisions under pressure
- Able to build strong, open & collaborative working relationships
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time Strong leadership and people management experience
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong focus on the customer experience
