Responsibilities :
 
- Drafting, Vetting and Reviewing and Negotiating, of all Commercial Agreements proposed to be executed by the Company

- Coordinating with various IPR agencies for registration of Intellectual Property Rights of the Company in India and other Countries.

- Coordinating with internal user departments and external advocate to ensure positive results in the best interest of the company

- Handling Civil and Criminal Litigation matters filed by or against the Company
