Head - Legal & Secretarial - IT/ITeS (12-20 yrs)
Our client is Bangalore based. We are looking for candidates ideally based in Bangalore currently
Candidate need to have a a good background in International laws and Contracts along with good understanding of Secretarial Practices in India
Exposure to US/Australia /Europe laws a big plus
Having worked with one of the big four audit firms on multiple IT clients could be a big plus.
You need to be a good leader and ideally should be from IT/ITES company background with at least 12 -17 Years of experience post qualification.
The role requires to provide overall strategic and operational direction to the organisation, working closely with the CFO and the Board of Directors.
A full time Law degree along with CS is a must.
