Job Profile : The incumbent will Head the Legal position involves offering Legal Counsel / Expertise to the internal departments. Therefore, this is also an advisory role.
- Main responsibilities would cover drafting agreements, vetting and preparing various legal documents, addressing issues related to day to day corporate legalmatters, contracts for Sales / Distribution / Marketing / Supply-Chain, procurement and other services.
- Responsible for smooth and speedy functioning of the department. This will be an individual contributory role. Hence do not have any team to work with, however, can take the support of the external legal firms
- Key responsibilities are providing legal advice on general daily corporate legal matters, transaction structuring and preparation of documentation for business functions.
- The candidate should be strong in handling consumer durable litigation matters
Qualification : Law graduate
- Experience in Retail/Consumer durables/Electronic manufacturing & servicing. Also corporate law handling
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
