Head - Legal Regulatory & Governance - NBFC (11-20 yrs)
Opening for Head Legal Regulatory and Governance - NBFC - Mumbai
- Responding to RBI queries on regular basis
- He/she should have good knowledge of the regulations pertaining to NBFCs - RBI, SEBI, etc.
- He/she will work closely with the legal contracts team, the compliance team and our legal litigation team to ensure that from a legal regulatory and governance perspective, we and our documentation is compliant.
- He/she will also supervise and guide team to help her reply to all customer and RBI complaints
- Handling RBI inspection single handedly
- Going through all the circulars of RBI and inform respective department about the compliance needto be performed.
