Qualification : 

- Legal Opinion experience

- Real Estate documents vetting and solution providing

- Having good connections in the departments (Revenue, Registration)

- Having good connections with the team of lawyers for ramp-up

- Having a good rapport with Banks

- Multi-lingual capacity is an added advantage

- Understand the Legal/Revenue/Registration process Pan-India

- Possess 10+ years of relevant experience

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Versatile Computer Knowledge

Job Description:

- Manage a team of in-house lawyers to ensure the delivery is met as per the expectations

- Team and Shift management

- Define KRAs and help the teams to achieve KRAs

- Quality Management

- Standardization of process, report templates, and language

- Manage a team of outsourced lawyers

- Provide solutions when there are issues for the in-house team to process legal opinion

- Build a team for Pan-India process

- Pre-Sales support and ensure client's needs are addressed for Pilots by him and his team for -acquiring new clients

- Help the Company to acquire clients from his/her references

- Work closely with the OPs and Tech Team to improvise the TAT, Process, and Software
