We are hiring for a Real Estate Developer

Following are the details :

Position : Legal Head

Qualification : LLB

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description (Generic) :

- RERA and laws pertaining to project.

- Proven capabilities in handling legal complications pertaining to litigation.

- Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk.

- Draft & vet various commercial documents, Lease Deed, Conveyance, Mortgage Deeds, etc

- Legal field with Real Estate land acquisition and Construction Advising the Company on the various legal issues related to properties.

- Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance Issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved as per the norms of RERA

- Monitors and as necessary coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends as per RERA

- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk as per RERA, develops corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future

- Interacting with Customers and client.
