Qualifications

Degree / Masters in Law / LLB / LLM

Type Of Experience

6-12 years of experience in the Leasing Agreements, Legal Documentations and Liaison matters.

Should be well acquainted with laws of the land and legal procedures.

Key responsibilities:

- Drafting & vetting of various Commercial Leasing agreements and legal documents

- Settle clauses of the above agreements

- Support on all aspects of non-litigation matters related to Commercial Real Estate Business

- Liase with different teams of Commercial Business for inputs on agreements

- Well acquainted with Real Estate Central/State laws and regulations.

- Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to purchases, sales, lease / license, apartment ownership, stamp duty / registration, municipal / development rules & regulations, contracts, labour, fiscal / taxation for IT / SEZ etc.

- Good drafting and negotiation skills.
