Group is in the process of identifying HEAD LEGAL for its Real Estate company. Head Legal reporting into the CEO of the business with dotted line to Group Head Legal. The Head Legal will be responsible for providing the timely legal advisory support to the Real Estate Company. Work closely with the business teams in handling the operational and compliance related issues i) 15 to 20 years of experience in the Legal function. ii) Last few years in the leadership role, heading the function in a large Real Estate organization or Law Firm supporting Real Estate Sector or Private Equity Funds related to Real Estate. iii) Experience in Legal, Compliances, Regulatory Affairs, Funding, Joint Ventures / Development, Consortiums, Litigation and Land Acquisition iv) Qualification : LLB/LLM + CS preferred + MBA - added advantage.
