Job Description:

1. Prepare and review MOU and LOI

2. Title Verification - Pre & Post DA

3. Prepare and review the following agreements:

- Development Agreement

- Agreement to Sale

- Sale deed

- Joint Venture agreement

- Joint Development Agreement

- Investment agreements

- Power of Attorney

- Release deeds

- Consent letters

- Allotment Letters

- Legal & liaising agreements

- Any other legal document as desired by the Executive Director

4. Ability to review and comment on the title due diligence.

5. Must have a clear understanding of the commercials that are generally part of any real estate transaction.

6. Handle all the Non Litigation/Litigation matters
