Legal Head

- Looking for enthusiastic candidate for Legal department with minimum experience of 10 to 15 years in documentation and local laws related to the real estate.

- To prepare the documents of related to property for Sale, joint Development and related documents for the same.

- To compile all documentation related to property.

- Good knowledge in property due diligence.

- To co-ordinate with External legal panels Viz, clients, Banks, Authority etc.

- To keep an update on amendments related Land reforms and land revenue and other related Acts viz, RERA, BDA,BBMP, KAOA, KSA etc. prevailing in Karnataka.

- Good Knowledge in legal practice.

- Good knowledge in property transfer act and modality.

- Good knowledge in relation to property transfer and its legality.

- Knowledge of all Acts in particular to properties in Bangalore and Karnataka.
 
Requirement :

Experience - 7 years in real estate Company

UG : LLB - Law, Any Graduate - Any Specialization
