Head - Legal - Pharma (12-15 yrs)

1. Ensures adherence to legality in business activity and protect its legal interests.

2. Controls the adequacy of the draft legislation, orders, instructions, regulations and other legal acts, which are prepared in the company, and if necessary take part in drafting these documents.

3. Take measures to change or cancel legal acts issued in violation of applicable laws.

4. Prepares opinions on legal questions arising in the course of business.

5. Provides methodical management of legal work for the company, to provide legal assistance to Departments in claims, preparation and transmission of the necessary materials to judicial and arbitral bodies.

6. Represent company in court, arbitration, and other state and public organizations in the process of considering legal issues.

7. The head of the analysis and generalization of the results of claims, judicial and arbitration cases and the practice of making and implementing agreements.

8. Develops proposals to eliminate violations of contract terms in supplying products, shortcomings and improve production and economic-financial activity.

9. Supervises the preparation of materials about the theft, embezzlement, lack, issue of poor quality, non-standard and incomplete products and of other offenses to upload their investigative and judicial authorities, take measures to redress the damages to the company.

10. Participates in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen the economic calculation, contractual and financial discipline, protection of the property, to fight embezzlement, misappropriation.

11. Controls the observance of the company legally established order of product acceptance.

12. Prepares opinions on proposals for bringing employees to disciplinary and material liability.

13. Participates in developing and negotiating terms of business contracts and supervise their implementation, training and collective bargaining, and in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen labor discipline in the enterprise.

14. Organizes of reference and information work on legislation and regulations with the use of means, including legislation.

15. Administers the work of cancellation or changes of such invalid, orders and regulations issued by the company.

16. Provides necessary information on current legislation and the organization of the company officials acquaintance with regulations relating to their activities.

17. Develops proposals on improvement of economic and financial activity.
