Head - Legal - NBFC - LLB

Legal Head for one of the reowned NBFC with corporate office in Delhi. LLB with 8-12 years of expreience of Banks and NBFC.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

- Drafting of loan documents for various products like Unsecured loans, Business loans, Supply chain, working capital, bill discounting etc

- Excellent understanding of regulatory, market practices for partnerships businesses, onlending, FLDG arrangements, co-lending, co-orginations.

- Drafting of legal documents for above arrangements/ tieup etc.

- Excellent understanding of structured products - Direct assignments, PTC, Securitization, NCDs, CCDs/CPS, Bonds etc

- Accountable for negotiation of license agreements on behalf of investors.

- Hand on exposure on drafting of Franchise Agreements, distributor agreements.

- Excellent understanding of RBI regulatory framework for NBFCs, regulations applicable on listed companies and it subsidiaries (RBI/SEBI/Exchange etc)

- Handled compliance functions and have detailed understanding of various corporate governance and regulations around them.

- Detailed understanding of property title chains of different properties for various geographies for LAP.

- Detailed understanding of Technical of various types of properties and various geographies.
