- Oversee, facilitate and report on compliance activities and prepare compliance performance reports ( monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Overall legal compliance by DFS India.
- Ensure effective and smooth organisation of secretarial function, filing of all necessary documents with respective government authorities.
- Conduct Compliance Risk Assessments for local business unit, analyse compliance issues and trends and provide summary to CCO/N.
- Sustained success in defending legal suits at optimum legal costs.
