We are hiring for a Head Legal CS for a famous manufacturing organization, based in Kolkata.

Roles and Responsibility :

- This position will be in charge of Corporate Legal Functions and responsible for safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.

- Litigation, arbitration, Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and settling legal and transactional documents & agreements, preparing Contracts, Manuals / Policy Documents.

- Land matters

- Leading negotiations on complex, high value, contracts, and agreements etc.

- Deal with all matters related to Litigation, Arbitrations and Trademark infringement and coordinate with outside Counsel for the same.

- Keep track of all legal cases and coordinate hearings.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as adherence to internal group policies and procedures.

- Undertake research activities to provide inputs on legal matters.

- Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders like international clients, business associates, etc.

Minimum Qualification : LLB/LLM along with CS Qualified
