Head - Legal - Manufacturing - CS/LLB

- Candidate should be from Manufacturing MNC and has worked as Head or Pan India capacity in Legal (Generic Profile) for at least 2 - 3 years.

- Leadership qualities.

- Good communication skills.

- Drafting, reviewing, advising, and negotiating mutually agreeable terms and conditions for commercial contracts with customers, intermediaries, suppliers, and other third parties.

- Identifying risks and issues, and suggesting alternatives that lead to the best solution for the Company.

- Participating in conducting a risk assessment for commercial contracts and making recommendations to minimize company risk in contractual relationships.

- Being responsible for the role of the company secretary.

- Being responsible for international trade-related compliance matters and organize the relevant training in the local company.

- Experience relating to internal investigation or fraud investigation.

Mandatory Education Requirement :

- Law degree Mandatory.

- Company Secretary (CS) Mandatory.
