We require a GM and Head - Legal for Bombay. All India profile. Litigation management for land related litigation and Non litigation. JD is mentioned below. Leading small teams at Bombay / Bangalore / Chennai.

Specifications : LLB and at least 12 years experience in real estate litigation management and non litigation.

Basic Job Description :

- 60% litigation management and 40% non litigation of real estate.

- Briefing senior counsels on cases and matters. Co-ordinating will all concerned for legal matters.

- Developing and implementing legal strategy for the company.

- Drafting various agreements and deeds / MOFA agreements

- Due diligence of land / documentation

- Survey work

- Regular travel to Bangalore

- Basics of liaison work for legal related matters. Interact with statutory authorities.

- Basics of deal structuring

- Legal aspects of land acquisition, particularly when there are many owners of a land bank. Being part of negotiation teams for legal inputs.

- Get actively involved in RERA strategy
