Head - Legal - LLB/LLM - Pharma Firm (20-30 yrs)

JOB PROFILE:

1. Legal Department has a team of 5 employees including the role for which we are talking/ or going to be evaluated.

a. GM, DGM, Sr. Manager, 2 executives

2. Responsible for end to end Legal covering the following (brief outline)

a. To effectively handle all legal matters, litigation, matters related to corporate law etc in line with the principles laid down at the organisation level

b. Dealing with solicitors, Counsels, Various legal authorities, registration bodies, courts, tribunals, arbitration panels, etc and representing company in various legal forums as needed

c. Should have expertise into Civil, Criminal, Solvency, Arbitration, M &A, Taxation, litigation and Non litigation

d. Appear before the authorities and courts as and when needed

e. Proactively anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically

f. Act as a custodian of all legal records such as agreements, contracts and licenses, etc.

g. Litigations

h. Documentation and drafting of legal documents

i. Providing legal advise

MUST - 

20 + yrs of exp ( in this 10 Yrs with same firm name mentioned below)

Education: LLB,LLM

Candidate should be working in big Legal firm like : Khaitan And Co, S&R Associates, Talwar Thakore and Associates, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas And Co, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, J Sagar And Associates (JSA), AZB and Partners, Trilegal, Luthra and Luthra, Desai & Diwanji, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Kochhar & Co, Vaish Associates Advocates, Fox Mandal, Samv- d Partners, Advocates etc
