5) Good communication and presentation skills.

Secondary Skill :

1) Worked in a team of mixed environment.

2) Able to speak Hindi

Job Description :

A) General Corporate :

- Full understanding on corporate affairs and experience in handling andrepresenting litigation and scrutiny.

- Drafting and providing guidance in Contracts and Agreement of all typesespecially dealers related.

- Adhering to Compliance in all form.

- Liasoning activities

B) Labour Related :

- Guidance in terms of disciplinary processes.

- Statutory compliance guidance and keeping up the expectation of all laws.

- Representation and drafting for any of the legal issues arising.
