- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Property & Employment Matters
- Global Compliance
- Intellectual Property Legal Research
- Trademark compliances
- Patents compliances
- Interacting with Business Heads, Customers and Vendors for various business purposes including finalization of various Business Contracts / Agreements / MOUs / Notices, & etc.
- Charting out appropriate legal strategies
- Providing advisory & research oriented services
- Functioning as Global Head of the legal function and looking after international contracting, complex litigations, property, liability insurance, employee matters, global compliance and mergers & acquisitions
- Knowledge on IPR is preferable
- knowledge on international law is preferred
