What we are hiring: We are looking for a Legal Head who has worked with the Securities and Exchange Board of India and is well conversant with regulatory and compliance matters amongst other issues including:- 1. SEBI listing obligations and disclosure requirements regulations- 2015 (last-amended-on-February, 15-2017) 2. Prohibition of insider trading regulations 2015 (issued on 15 jan, 2015) 3. Substantial acquisition of shares and takeovers regulations-2011 (as amended upto August 14, 2017). 4. Issue of capital and disclosure requirements regulations-2009 (updated as on august 14, 2017). 5. Foreign portfolio investor's regulations-2014 (last amended on July 20, 2017). Also, he must be proficient in:- 1. Drafting Legal Opinions on various aspects of the Securities Laws. 2. Drafting and finalizing replies and appeal memos filed before Supreme Court, High Courts and Securities Appellate Tribunal. 3. Drafting Orders and Show Cause Notices against intermediaries under the SEBI Act 1992 and concerned regulations. 4. Drafting reply in RTI references. 5.
