Position: Head-Legal  Qualification: Degree in Law. Qualification as a Company Secretary will be an added advantage.  The candidate must:  1.Possess experience of 15 to 20 years, out of which 10 to 15 years must be in a senior position in the law department of a corporate house.  2.Be conversant with handling various legal matters, such as:  - Immoveable property and real estate;  - Various types of contracts;  - Intellectual property;  - Litigation and court proceedings;  - Arbitration proceedings;  - Recovery of dues including dishonor of cheques;  - Consumer complaints;  - Monitoring of cases and matters;  - Labour and criminal law issues;  - Permits and approvals required for construction, operation and management;  - Statutory compliances under civil, criminal and labor laws.  3.Have excellent skills in drafting various types of agreements, memoranda of understanding, other commercial documents, correspondence, pleadings, legal opinion, a case for opinion, notes etc.  4.Have ability and experience in interacting with and briefing solicitors, lawyers, and senior counsel.  5.Ability to interact with government authorities for various permits and approvals.  6.Possess command over English and have a fair knowledge of Hindi/Marathi.  7.Have legal acumen and ability to independently deal with and render advice on legal issues to the different Units of the Company and Group Companies.  8.Have good communication and interpersonal skills.  9.Be prepared to travel frequently
