Head - Legal/Litigation - Entertainment Firm - North India Region - LLB/LLM (11-16 yrs)
We have been mandated by one of India's leading Entertainment Services Company.
Position Title: Head Legal
Job Location: North India
Experience: 12 - 18 Years
Qualification: LLB or LLM or any relevant full time course
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Dispute Management
- Handling high stake Arbitration and Litigation cases on PAN India basis
- Carrying out pre litigation due diligence of contracts, bid documents
- Experience on court proceedings with respect to laws, Commercial contracts, arbitration etc.
- Coordination with advocates transaction & Contract Management
- Dealing with JV, consortium, Agreements with other business partners.
- Analyze risk exposures & matrix & mitigation strategies.
- Commercial taxation laws exposure
- Prior experience in Entertainment services industry is mandatory.
