A LEADING IT SECTOR IS LOOKING FOR HEAD - LEGAL   Position: Head - Legal  Location: Bangalore   Qualification: LLB/ LLM   Exp: 12 to 15 yrs  Preferred industry: MNC or LPO, Experience in providing legal and documentation support to the bank in connection with derivatives transactions for the teams in the Asia Pacific region and contract documentation for procurement and sourcing functions.  JD:   1. Responsible for leading teams in managing, preparing and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Agreements, Give Ups, Global Master Repurchase Agreements and Securities Lending Agreements for a variety of clients  2. Work closely with the onshore legal teams and in turn with credit department, risk department, back office and the sales coverage.   3. Effectively manage a challenging and changing portfolio of clients along with financial markets related projects.  4. To assist management of the Bank procure that appropriate forms of master agreements are used for dealings with third parties with adequate protections and remedies to address credit and event risk, and help determine that transactions with third parties are valid and enforceable under the laws of all relevant jurisdictions.   5. To identify and find ways to reduce legal risk.   6. To identify and ensure compliance with internal policies and dispensation procedures.   7. Managing teams handling other legal tasks such as providing company secretarial support services, legal MIS etc.  8. Leverage best practices and structure/standardize the activities within legal support team across regions  9. Able to manage resource allocation and utilization, and resource training  10.
