Urgent opening for the post of Legal Head with one of the Fintech Company !!

Responsibilities:

- Digital SME Lending group.

- The role will also include advising the team on its statutory obligations while keeping in mind the interests of the company and interacting with internal stakeholders for processes.

- The candidate should have extensive experience in drafting and reviewing senior debt and structured debt transactions.

- The candidate should have a strong understanding of security-related laws and processes, NBFC and banking regulations and Companies Act.

- The role will require coordination with external law firms, borrowers, and internal teams.

- The Role will involve Fund Raise compliance.

- The role will involve assisting the reporting manager (Founder) on various on-going issues and provide relevant regulatory updates from time to time.

- Contract execution

- Stamp Duty compliance

- Legal action for defaulters

- Secretarial compliance

- The candidate will need to have proficient communication skills.

- The candidate should have the ability to work under high pressure situations and run with multiple transactions together
