- End to End Contract Management - Contract Reviewing & Management, Document Review, and IP Support Services. - Drafting and vetting of contracts along with handling negotiation calls with various stakeholders to finalize the deal/project. - Contract drafting from the scratch till stamping and signing of the contract. - Contract Contract Abstraction, contract review, contract drafting, vetting - Validate all legal contracts and agreements per playbook as available for the organization - Responsible to handle all legal, contractual and regulatory matters for the Company - Dealt in RFP/RFQ/RFI in deciding the appropriate vendors per the requirement of the company.
