Role: Head Legal (Contract Management)

Location: Gurgaon

- Responsible to implement the closed contracts with the operations, technical and business team by guiding them contract principles globally.

- Involved in drafting, negotiating and review of contracts on behalf of various clients. Clients include leading telecom companies and banking institutions

- Team handling, creation and implementation of various processes for different clients including client handling and management of relationships.

- Exposure to regulations throughout the world and dealing in multi jurisdictional area with key expertise and special concentration on attention to detail.
