- Identify, and continuously update all statutory and regulatory rules and regulations that are applicable for the entire operations of the company.
- Define these statutory and regulatory compliance requirements in an easily understandable and implementable form for all the stakeholders who are responsible for ensuring compliance with the same.
- Continuously monitor the adherence to the prescribed statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Make timely and appropriate interventions including but not limited to disciplinary action to mitigate risk of non-compliance as well set necessary guardrail to close gap on compliance adherence.
- Custodian for all representations made by the internal business and functional units with regard to affirmation of compliance adherence or any exception thereof.
- Represent to the board the state of compliance adherence across the organization covering Statutory and Regulatory compliance and corporate governance requirements.
