Head - Legal & Compliance - Manufacturing/Chemicals/Pharma/FMCG - CS/LLB (10-20 yrs)
- The incumbent will have to work collaboratively across business teams on various legal & Compliance related matters and ensure effective and fully aligned end to end legal support.
- You will coordinate and manage internal and external legal support.
- The job also entails M&A legal advice in a leadership context, ability to advice on transactions across multiple jurisdictions, board and investor management and support on strategic projects such as fund raises.
- The person could be a LLB with a CS qualification.
- Listed company experience/IPO experience will be an added advantage.
