Head - Legal & Compliance - Healthcare - LLB (6-10 yrs)
Our Client : A Leading MNC in Healthcare
Job Purpose : Will be responsible to carry out the entire legal and compliance work responsibilities as per the Indian laws and regulations.
KRAs :
- Reviewing, drafting, advising on and negotiating all forms of agreements
- Advising the business on any changes in laws and regulations
- Supporting intellectual property related matters
- Leading corporate governance related matters for India
- Support Mergers & Acquisition and Divestment initiatives relating to India
- Ensure a continued emphasis on maintaining a strong corporate governance culture
- Participate in compliance review of potential business acquisitions in the region
- Develop and conduct internal and external trainings to stakeholders
Ideal Candidate :
- LLB with 6 years of experience in an MNC
