Position : Head Legal & Compliance [Food Safety and Standards Authority of India Compliance] Must

Location : Gurgaon

Looking for candidate they have hand on experience in Food Safety and Standards Authority of India related compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the group legal team, provides all-round support to the company's growing business.

- Advisory : Providing management with commercially minded legal advice, explaining how the law treats particular issues and assisting in making business and strategic decisions that are sound and unassailable in law.

- Transaction Support : Supporting complex transactions in multiple jurisdictions, including in negotiating, drafting, managing and bringing to close contracts with third parties.

- Risk Management : Identifying, managing and mitigating legal, regulatory and contractual risks.

- Governance/Compliance Enforcement : Ensuring compliance with full range of laws and regulations, setting policies for periodic tracking of compliance requirements and providing assurance that legal risks are being appropriately tracked and managed. To support the Group with respect to compliance matters that affect commercial operations and play a proactive role in the implementation and training in these areas.

Skills/Experience :

- LLB must.

- Min 8 years exp.(Preferred eCommerce,dot com industry).

- Good communication skills and open for travelling.
