Head - Legal & Company Secretary - Manufacturing - LLB/LLM

The role will cover Legal & compliance responsibilities throughout the organization. Working with the leadership team to deliver on business objectives. Will be responsible for ensuring smooth M&A transition from the legal standpoint. Driving adherence to secretarial and statutory compliance of the business.

Must Have :

1) Experience of Working with Listed Organization.

2) Knowledge of governance and compliance practices

3) Knowledge of Companies Act

4) Litigation and Liaising experience

5) Merger and acquisition experience (companies from European countries)

Education : LLB/ LLM graduate and certified Company Secretary
