Position : Head Legal, Company Secretary & Compliance.  Exp : 18-25 (preferably for BFSI sector)  Please find the JD :  - The incumbent will Head the Legal & Secretarial Functions position involves offering Legal Counsel / Expertise to the HO of the organisation. Will be involved in dealing with day to day corporate / strategic legal advisory. Also, taking care of the entire Secretarial & Compliance management. Responsible for smooth and speedy functioning of the department. Will lead a team of legal & secretarial professionals  - Key responsibilities are providing legal advice on general daily corporate legal matters, transaction structuring and preparation of documentation for business functions.  - The person will mentor the team and guide for routine matters.  The position covers :  - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and settling legal and transactional documents & agreements;  - Preparing Contracts / Agreements.  - Preparing Manuals / Policy Documents as may be required.  - Coordinate with outside Counsel in case any matters are referred to them.  - Assist in Corporate Law, Secretarial, Corporate Governance & Compliance activities. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as adherence to internal group policies and procedures.  - Undertake research activities to provide inputs on legal matters.  - Develop effective relationship and engagement with internal stakeholders, clients including international clients, business associates and other function groups.
