A multinational manufacturing firm is looking for: Position- Head Legal & Company Secretarial Location- Bawal, Haryana Working- 6 days Experience - Min 10 years Budget - Upto 18 lacs Qualification- CS &amp; LLB (Mandatory) Must have experience in managing FDI in their Career and worked in a MNCs Job Description: - Maintenance of Secretarial records, statutory books &amp; Register - Timely submission of all documents, forms and return - Arranging Board/general meeting &amp; prepare minutes thereof - Secretarial compliance &amp; audit. - Maintaining &amp; compiling all legal /statutory reports periodically. - Assisting in Legal &amp; related matters - Arranging and making necessary arrangements for the meeting of the board and audit committee of the Board of Directors and preparation of agenda and matters related thereto. - Matters pertaining to the holding and conducting of the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of the company including preparation of Annual Report of the same. - To prepare the Minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting and various other committees of the Board. - To file various forms and other due compliance before the Registrar of Companies, RBI and other regulatory bodies. - To ensure that the legal requirements related to running the business and managing operations are properly adhered to within the framework of the governing law in various locations and geographies. - To monitor various business and departmental processes for their compliance. - To offer advice whenever required to enable strict compliance towards set policies, procedures and practices. - Thorough company secretarial compliance experience and documentation requirement.
