Head Legal and Commercial - Mumbai Location

Position : Head Legal and Commercial

Location : Mumbai

- The head of Legal & Commercial Head is responsible for heading the group's legal and commercial function which includes providing guidance on corporate governance, negotiating/ and drafting contracts related to government authorities, business/customer transactions, property transactions, corporate finance transactions and leading overall risk management ,and the development of plans and policies.

The Ideal Candidate :

- To be successful in this role you will need substantial and extensive experience of providing handling legal, corporate and/or commercial transactions legal advice. As such, you will be well-versed in handling large, complex commercial transactions and of advising on significant joint ventures and most aspects of corporate governance.

Education and Experience : B.Com + LLB or CA + LLB with 15+ years' work experience in the areas of Legal, Commercial, and other corporate governance matters.
