- Company Secretary will be primarily responsible for the company's secretarial matters and is accountable to the Board of Directors collectively. The position will report to Executive Director.
- The incumbent also interacts with the SEBI and the shareholders, to provide relevant reports and information on governance as per relevant Laws/Rules/Regulations.
- The incumbent shall also look after all legal matters of the company and head the legal function.
- This role is focused to drive the excellence in compliance management and legal by leveraging best practices to improve business results in a continuous and sustainable manner.
- This is intended to be a highly critical position to meet and serve vital business needs.
