Head - Legal - BFSI/BPO

1. Providing legal advice and support to the entity, particularly in relation to new and existing outsourcing and sourcing matters;

2. Monitoring changes in applicable laws and regulations in India which are relevant to the entity, analyzing their impacts and overseeing their implementation;

3. Overseeing the corporate secretarial function of the entity;

4. Managing and coordinating contentious issues and regulatory matters;

5. Arranging advisory support on employment law;

6. Providing regular training to business lines and support functions; and

7. Defining the relevant framework for the appropriate governance and steering of the legal function at the entity, including the development and revision of legal policies and templates, the management of internal and external reporting needs (regulatory reports, permanent supervision, etc.), and the definition and oversight of relations with the local panel of law firms.
