Head - Legal - BFS/IT/ITeS

Looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Head with a leading organisation in Pune.

- Candidate will be responsible for heading the legal department. Must have experience in Non Litigation as well as in Litigation.

- Must have experience in matters related to JV, Mergers and Acquisitions, Share holder agreements etc.

- Provide counsel on legal and compliance related matters to senior management

- Ensure highest standards of corporate governance in line with statutory requirements.

- Statutory compliance / Intellectual Property Right(s)

- Liaise with all functions and departments to ensure identification of non-compliance and ensure appropriate course of action has been taken

- Leverage industry best practices to enforce rigorous internal controls from a legal perspective

- Maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders like CFOs, Function / SBU Heads, Legal Firms and PR agencies

Minimum experience : 18 years +
