Head - Legal - BFS (23-26 yrs)

Role Summary :

- To provide functional support to internal departments, Litigation Management, Protect of Company's trademarks & IPRs, Lease and Contract Management, Compliance with regulatory bodies etc.

- Advice, support, draft, formats, notices as may be required. Legal support for recovery of bad debts through legal proceedings for branch expansion, Lease draft vetting and registration, SLA Vetting

- Legal review and inputs to new loan product manuals, Loan documentation etc.

- Advice from Legal perspective on process, loan documentation etc.

- Legal measures for recovery of staff defaulted accounts, notices, Legal actions against the cases of misappropriation of Company money, etc.

- Coordination, interaction with advocates on company litigation filed by and against the Company.

- Appearance and representation before the courts on filed litigations of the Company. Liaising with police and regulatory bodies on any matters of criminal or Providing information/documents at the time of due diligence

- Updating status on litigation, Trademark and IP rights etc. Company's real estate matters etc.

- Out of court settlement of recovery matters wherever possible with approval of internal authority.

Skills Required :

- Education Qualification : Degree in Law and Master Degree is an added advantage

- Prior Experience : 23+ years - Preferably 10 to 12 years of experience in litigation management, Contract Management, banking sector & financial sector

- Domain Knowledge : Deep knowledge in Civil & Criminal laws in relation financial aspects recovery, fraud, Arbitration including on corporate laws
