- Developing and leading internal audit and compliance programs.

- Overseeing delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities

- Participating in the formulation of general management policy as a member of the executive management team

- Managing a team of corporate counsel and other members of the legal department

- Manage all legal affairs & corporate matters

- End-to-end management of all agreements and contracts

- Aid in the drafting, vetting, renewal and negotiation of various contracts, agreements, Deeds Assignments

- Develop Analytical Reports of legal risks associated with pending litigation against the organization

- Effectively manage recovery related cases and initiate appropriate legal action as per legal provisions

- Consult and work closely with external advocates to manage cases filed against the organization

- To suggest measures in change in policy, formats, drafts to better safeguard the interest of Company

- To ensure that all policy norms and sanction conditions related to disbursements are complied with before disbursement of a case .
