Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and Ownership of P&L of the Lease business for Pan India

- Identifying market potential and Creating business plans and strategies to enhance business growth across regions

- Continuously look for new opportunities to grow the lease business in new regions and adequately staff people at locations for business execution and future growth

- Identify retain and nurture talent in the business function, build a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Analyzing and gathering information a bout the market competitor and formulate counter strategies, monitor business and collection performance of the teams in locations

- Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.

- Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.

- Ensure compliance with regulators legal guidelines and also follow up on their updates .

- Identify opportunities for cross sell and work with ot her stakeholders to offer it our customers

Candidate Requirement: 20 years in the finance sector with minimum 10 years in leading business function in leasing business
