Head - Learning Shared Services - L&D - BFSI/IT/ITeS (13-19 yrs)
To head the Learning Shared services process for a leading captive set up in Chennai.
- Role will be accountable to head and lead LMS Functions and to lead the LSSC globally.
- Leading a very niche team of leaders in the L&D and Knowledge management function.
- Will be personally responsible for implementing the learning management system and providing high quality support to the stake global holders and customers.
- Ensure business excellence and process re-engineering.
Candidates from HRO shared service with L&D back office operations with excellent LMS back ground and in a global role will be of best fit
