This position will be hired as a Head of L&D and Organizational Development and has primary accountability for strategies, consulting and deliverable that support and drive organizational design, development, Learning, effectiveness, and change management (Culture Building) across the enterprise. It requires significant interaction with senior business leaders and other key stakeholders. The position will lead a small team of similarly skilled subject matter experts.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

OD and OB

1. Drive business growth and strengthen organizational performance through proven organizational design, organizational development, organizational effectiveness and change management principles

2. Build alliances and partnerships with senior leaders, business and HR colleagues to align strategy, design organizations and manage change effectively

3. Consult leaders across the enterprise in these areas of responsibility

4. Design and deploy tools, frameworks and methodologies to support these efforts

5. Develop communication strategies and prepare materials in partnership with others to support these efforts

6. Maintain oversight of project coordination for assigned initiatives, including planning, monitoring, executing, and reporting

7. Manages and/or coordinates with external vendors/consultants who will support the enabling of large-scale organizational deployment of major initiatives

8. Consistently survey the environment for new relevant emerging models, tools and approaches that would benefit the enterprise

9. Develop and monitor relevant metrics to measure business outcomes

Critical Tasks for L&D:

- Propose and follow up on the policy for Training & Learning

- Propose and Execute the TMP

- Collect from PMS, perform competency gap analysis and propose and create necessary Training courses, programs, projects

- Develop and execute the Training Plan

- Ensure the logistics of coordinating employees and training courses

- Execute of management development training at the HO and in the region

- Evaluate the degree of learning, the use in the workplace and the impact of training and learning on the business results

- Create and update a Training Course Catalogue for Management Development and Training Resources Catalogue in the country

- Ensure the T&L data for each employee and department (SAP HR TE)

- Ensure the right competency level of the the internal trainers at the functional training centers

- Lead people resources to ensure maximum productivity of Commercial Services employees

- Identify and develop talent within the HR development Department

- Promote achievement of the company OH&S aims and targets; drive compliance to company OH&S policies, principles, procedures and practices
