Job Description: - Translate the strategic goals of the business into capabilities within the organization - Conceptualizing differential and effective development plans for top executives. - Develop and build strong influential relationships across all senior stakeholders to add value and implement change management initiatives in line with the overall people and business strategy. - Drive change management in coalition with senior stakeholders, creating long term impact. - To develop Leadership Academy along with OD and L&amp;D strategies - Provide advice and collaborate closely with HR Heads and CXOs of all business lines under the group on all possible leadership and OD issues. - Support development of high potential leaders, ensuring effective succession planning - L&amp;OD Planning and Budgeting at overall group level Candidate description: - MBA in Human Resource (tier 1 institute)/MA with 20+ years of relevant experience. - High on ideation and innovative thinking; Project Management - Experience of working with high growth organizations - Assertive with gravitas and ability to influence all stakeholders - Passion for people, ownership, enterprising-self driven - Comfortable to work in uncertainty &amp; ambiguity - High on stakeholder management
